Dan Hotels Israel - accommodation in Hadera

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in Junior Room 304, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge, and there was more than enough room for a family of three or four to be comfortable. The welcome amenities were a wonderful touch. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, and the in-room coffee maker with coffee pods was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. The selection was extensive, the quality of the food was outstanding, and there was something for everyone. It was far beyond what we expected. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of loungers and lots of space to relax. There’s also a separate baby pool, which is perfect for families with young children. The hotel offers quick and easy access to the beach, making it an ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Parking is available in the underground parkade for 65 shekels per day (subject to availability). You’ll receive a remote for access, and you simply pay each day in advance to reserve your space. Overall, this hotel was exceptional in every way. We would recommend it without hesitation—110%!

Ahuzat Shaul has multiple separate rooms, but it feels like you are the private guests of a family. Dorit, the owner, not only made us feel welcome, but she also had time for delightful conversations that added color to her home and the surrounding town. "Ahuza" loosely translates as "estate" in English. The estate is compact but filled with delightful surprises, including an indoor dining room and an outdoor garden dining area for her delicious home-cooked breakfasts (her vegetable omelets were great, and the jam -- I don't know if it was homemade or store-bought -- was amazing, too). There are also several reading corners, an eclectic collection of books, a Jacuzzi, always-available tea/coffee, laundry and cold drinks for a fee on a trust basis, and compact but delightful rooms. Outside, the beach is an easy five-minute walk away and is clean, with gentle waves and lifeguard coverage. A delight! One thing to watch out for, and this actually is the fault of Expedia and only relevant for Israeli residents. Israelis are legally required to pay the national VAT tax on hotel stays (tourists are exempt). Expedia does not collect or even indicate this additional charge. Dorit was clearly embarrassed to have to tell us about it, but legally she has no choice.

Beautiful property and perfect location! My family and I had an amazing time, the views and amenities were perfection, would highly recommend to friends and family anytime! Watching the sunset from our garden view room was definitely a highlight!
