오래된 대형 호텔입니다.

하치만타이에 위치한 호텔 중 대형은 하치만타이리조트 호텔과 여기 2곳뿐이라고 보면 될텐데요, 저는 이곳은 2번째였습니다. 양쪽 모두 가 본 결과 온천시설이 이쪽이 더 좋은 것 같아서 다시 여기를 예약하고 묵었는데.... 동남아에서 온 여자 근무자들의 친절도는 높았으나, 프런트의 일본인 남자 클락들의 서비스는 기대 이하로 느껴졌습니다. 전에는 클락이 여자였는데 그래서 다르게 느껴지는 것인지~ 여하튼, 이 호텔은 오래된 호텔인데, 별로 뚜렷한 임팩트는 없고, 그냥 하치만타이에서 선택할 곳이 별로 없으니 이용해야 하는 수준. 갈때마다 버스로 오는 일본 단체손님(주로 노인층)이 호텔방을 써주고 있다는 느낌을 받습니다. 조식은 12층 꼭대기층에 바이킹이 있는데 7시 시작부터 손님들이 줄을 서는 풍경. 맛은 고만고만. 석식은 포함된 상품이 없어서 먹어보지 못하고 밖에 나와서 먹었는데요, 둘러본 바로 그날은 2층 대형 홀에서 다베호다이식으로 게를 펼쳐 놓은 것 같아 좀 부럽기는 했음.^^ 경치는 좋습니다. 전반적으로 룸이나 로비, 주차장, 온천탕 모두 스페이스도 넓은 편이고요. 오래된 호텔이고 이쪽에서는 랜드마크가 될만한 위치의 흰색 건물이지요. 하치만타이에서 묵는다면 추천 가능합니다.

リゾートで東北の名所を回ってから向かったため、チェックイン時間が22時を過ぎてしまったのは悪かったですが、フロントの対応はぞんざいで事務的。お客様をもてなす心はそこにはありませんでした。

秋の紅葉時期にオススメ

静かさを求めて山の方まで行ったのにチェックインして暫くひとやすみしていたら上階フロアーのバンケットルームでカラオケをやっていて煩かった。またその旨をフロントに伝えたらカラオケはやっていませんと言われたが、少し時間をおいて再度問い合わせたら上階でやっていると、ろくな確認もせずイイ加減な対応された。
