비추천

가성비는 최악의 친구네 집. 다시 방문 절대 안함. 타지역( 대천, 남해.. ) 역시 안 궁금해짐. 이유 1. 올인클루시브 좋아해서 이런 류의 호텔을 선호하는데 추석 감안하더라도 1박에 61만원은 비쌈. 2. 제공되는 식사 숙박비 만큼의 기대를 안고 갔으나 제공되는 석식 퀄리티는.. 첫째, 메인이라고 볼 수 있는 메뉴가 없음. 치킨가라아게 2조각, 새우튀김 하나 - 이마저도 시간 맞추어 갔으나 전부 딱딱하게 식어있었음. 이외에는 그냥 밑반찬. 둘째, 개인 화로에서 굽는 고기 - ㅁ혹시나 싶어 물어봤는데 역시나 부채살. 힘줄 없이 정육하여 제공. 확실하지 않지만 개인적인 의견으로 절대 국산도 아님. 총평 : 그냥 외부에서 1인 2만원 언더로 제공되는 수준. 조식은 나쁘지 않음. 3. 모든 것이 시간에 쫓김.. 첫째, 석식 예약은 체크인 선착순이고 15분 이후에는 식사 제공이 어렵다고 강조. 둘째, 일정상 석식 예약을 위해 체크인 오픈런.. 체크아웃은 심지어 아침 10시 30분. 4. 시설 전반적으로 관리안됨. 산책로는 풀로 덮여 정글이고 수영장은 녹조 방지제 등(추정) 약품으로 푸른색을 띠는 물에 역시 관리가 잘 안되어 이용 포기. 식당 시설은 깔끔하고 밝은 분위기에 테이블과 좌식 좌석 등 다양함이 좋음. 5. 객실 청결도 우수한 편. 객실 내 욕실 편백 욕조 등 오래된 느낌이 있긴 하지만 청결하고 관리 상태 괜찮음. 6. 직원 친절도 크루들은 친절함 7. 주차장 이용 앞동에서의 주차장 이용 편리성은 우수, 뒷동은 주차장에서 경사로로 진입해야 함 8. 관광지 접근성 위치를 확인하지 않고 토모노야가 궁금하기도 하고 다른 일정상 갔던건데 토모노야 경주보다는 토모노야 포항임. 주변 볼거리 전무하다시피하며 추천해준 감포항 회 공판장 ㅎㅂㄷ는 광어, 우럭, 도미 포장인데 중량 감안하면 비싼 편(4만원) 9. 호텔즈 닷컴 오랜 유저에 골드 실버 왔다갔다 하는 유저인데 리뷰 처음 씀.....

깨끗하고(다다미방 중간중간 약간의 얼룩은 있습니다) 어메니티 훌륭하고 조식석식무료에 맛있고 체크아웃도 편했어요 단점은 편의점이 차타고 왕복 20정도 걸리는거 정도 입니다.

료칸을 체험해보기

일본식 료칸을 경험하고 싶다면 괜찮습니다. 다만 아쉬운 부분이 몇몇 있습니다. 첫째로 노천탕은 탕이 아니라 온수풀로 보는게 맞고, 테이블과 썬배드가 갖춰진 점은 매우 좋으나 운영 시간이 짧고 벌래 유입이 쉽습니다. 둘째로 주변에 아무것도 없어서 매우 조용하고 편안하나 정말 객실 밖에선 아무것도 할 일이 없습니다. 이쁘게 사진 몇장 찍고 훌륭한 객실 안으로 다시 돌아가는 것이 좋습니다. 셋째로 룸 컨디션을 위해서인지는 모르겠으나 매점이나 자판기등이 없습니다. 덕분에 아주 조용하고 편안하지만 밤이되면 입이 심심해집니다. 일본식이라면 자판기 정도는 있어도 좋을거 같네요. 넷째로 훌륭한 석식대비 아쉬운 조식입니다. 제가 갔을땐 카레가 나왔는데 카레정도는 일본식 카레를 사용했어도 좋았을것 같습니다. 마지막으로 객실만큼은 아주 넓고 편안했으며 넓은 탕에서 쉬기에 최고였습니다.

위생청결 상태 불량과 서비스 불만족

청소 상태가 너무 불량했습니다. 사용을 하기 어려울 정도로 욕조에는 곰팡이가 끼어 있었고 냉장고도 내부 청소는 전혀 안 되어있고 심지어 창틀에는 벌레 죽은 것들까지… 본인이 사용할 객실이라고 생각하면 이렇게 관리를 안 했을 거라고 생각합니다. 관리 상태가 너무 엉망이었어서 주변 사람들에게 비추천을 하고 싶을 정도입니다. 그리고 객실에 드라이기를 놓고와서 보내달라고 부탁을 드렸는데 지금 10일이 지나가는데 아직도 받지 못하고 있습니다. 더구나 담당자가 휴가라고 하는데 그러면 언제 받을 수 있는건가요? 올해 안에 보내주시기는 할건지도 궁금하네요.

숙소도 깔끔하고 식사도 정갈하게 나와요 코로나 때문에 노천탕이 운영을 안 하는 건 좀 아쉬웠네요 그래도 다음에 또 갈 것 같아요!
