Excellent location next to Ikea, 2 huge shopping malls with many choices of food. All good, except the gym which was way too simple with a cardio machines only. Small weights. Plenty of free bottled water, which was appreciated. On one hand, there's a room to play table tennis which was fun. Staffs are excellent. Room was good, but needed a deep cleaning for the floor. Looked very tidy, but was dirty when I needed to wipe out water drops. They do provide free slippers. Thank you for a good stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom's sliding door. It would not stay fully closed and kept sliding open on its own, which was quite inconvenient. I would especially not recommend this hotel for couples who value privacy. The soundproofing was also poor. The walls seemed very thin, and I could clearly hear the woman in the neighboring room walking around in high heels, which was quite disturbing. I even spotted small bugs several times, both on the sofa and around the sink area, which made the room feel less clean and comfortable. Another disappointment was being woken up by a knock on the door before 8:00 a.m. for towel replacement service. I would strongly recommend turning on the "Do Not Disturb" sign as soon as you check in.

Hotel and staff were absolutely amazing, had no issues with finding food or transportation. Hotel has a restaurant and a little bowling alley above which I found cute. Check in/out was so easy, housekeeping was so respectful. Only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom (tub) but other than that it was great.
