The home features four comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms, while downstairs offers one queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with two king single beds—providing plenty of space for families and groups of up to 8 guests.

The upstairs bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and separate toilet, while downstairs features a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The lower level is also designed with accessibility in mind, offering ramp access and a wheelchair-accessible shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, while the spacious outdoor areas are perfect for entertaining. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy a meal together, or sit back on the upper verandah overlooking the park, boat ramp and stunning lake views.

For those wanting to make the most of the water, guests can enjoy access to two kayaks and life jackets. Strictly no parties or events. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and gatherings including hens/bucks parties, Schoolies, birthday celebrations and sporting group events are not permitted.
If you're unsure whether your group is suitable, please enquire before booking. Breaches may result in additional charges, security deposit forfeiture and/or eviction.

All bookings are subject to owner approval, with confirmation provided within 24 hours where possible.

A security deposit is held during your stay and refunded after departure.
