This stay fell below expectations.
Reception was poor. Apart from Abdu and Sourav who were professional and helpful, most staff appeared disengaged, avoided eye contact, and did not offer any sense of welcome. The room size was average but noises were a major issue. Other guests conversations and doors banging, made it difficult to rest. Breakfast selection was limited, with no fresh juices or fresh pastry options. The so-called “fitness studio” is tiny and far from what one would expect at this level. Overall, this property feels closer to a two-star experience. Significant improvements in service attitude and facilities are needed.
