Parents stayed at this property, they said the staff was cooperative and good apart from the unnecessary early check in fees. But when they early checked in, they said their room was dirty/grimy. Need better maintenance but overall, it was fine.

Property is damn good but the issue was with the staff... Their service was pathetic and unfortunately they don't know any language well to communicate with the Customers. Good Hotel but managed badly.
