I did not even get to stay this date and lost money n had to rebook and repay all because of the dates I put in switched somehow and seems like the third party couldn't help fix the problem as neither could the hotel and I'm a Wyndham member so I'm a little disappointed on still being charged with no refund or at least a free one night stay to make it right besides that it's a nice friendly place to stay by the water

Everything was good except that our toilet tank would not fill up unless you took the back top off and jiggle something. But, with it being new year's I didnt want to bother with calling the front desk. Everything else was perfect.

The room was nice and clean. I upgraded to a lake view for a minimum pay and i was glad i did because the view was stunning especially in the morning. Breakfast was ok, could be a little bit more hot but it was ok. Overall, i enjoyed my stay.
