We have thoroughly renovated Villa Rintetorp for over two years: new roof, triple-glazed windows, new wooden ceilings, doors, floors and completely new technology. The water from the deep well is of drinking quality. The kitchen is top standard with fridge / freezer combination, touch screen hob, oven, dishwasher etc. The dining table in the kitchen is designed for 6 people.
The living room has a southern exposure and a wonderful view of nature;
the seating group is high quality, comfortable and can also accommodate 6 people; An LED TV can be swiveled into the room as desired. German television is preprogrammed via Astra satellite.
We have had an extra 4 km of fiber optic cables laid for this house so that you don't have to do without Internet (W-LAN) and streaming films. The unlimited use of fast data traffic is an unusual luxury here in the wild.
The interior of Villa Rintetorp is kept in a light, Scandinavian style.
The bedroom on the ground floor has its own access to a small bathroom with shower. Thanks to the Swedish "all-round walking style", the bathroom is also accessible from the dining area.
The second bathroom with an extra wide and tiled shower cubicle, massage bath, light therapy and sauna is on the upper floor.

In the hall area of the upper floor, we have set up a seating area under the skylights - there was space.
The second bedroom on the upper floor is large, bright and has its own closet. With its comfortable seating under the deep-drawn skylights, it is also suitable as a living room.
The third bedroom is smaller due to our high bathroom requirements and is particularly suitable for children with its loft bed.
The basement is very friendly and bright - here too wooden ceilings and recessed spotlights. In addition to the domestic technology with pressure boiler and water heater, there is the washer-dryer combination and a large utility room with enough cupboard space for vacuum cleaners, life jackets, washing utensils, holiday junk and much more.
The special thing about Rintetorp is its location. You will hardly find a top-renovated holiday home with a whirlpool and high-speed internet in the middle of the wilderness in Värmland. Here, the elks march freely in front of your terrace across the property - provided you are a little sensitive and do not cover the forest with hard rock all day. A royal eagle pair is also breeding nearby. The surrounding lakes (and there are a few, apart from fast-flowing streams) are likely to be yours. The hiking tours directly from the house are infinite in their possibilities and the animal observation should set in by itself if you behave discreetly (tip: early in the morning). The famous Sieben-Höfe-Weg is very close - you can reach it from the back, as it were, via really very lonely paths.
The "Värdshus am Tvällen" (known for its quality also in other editions) is very close to you (5 km). Here you can dine divinely and also have some red wine served.
By the way, we live only a few kilometers away from you and appreciate the lonely residential area in great nature.
