I thought the gentleman working the front desk in the evenings was incredibly helpful and generous in his guidance. He helped our group figure out how to get the bus and back to Andong for the Mask Dance Festival. I’m very thankful for his respect and helpfulness. He also was very happy to ask about our day and our travels to the Andong Mask Dance Festival! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again for the customer service. The room itself was very clean, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My only complaint would be the shower head was very low on the wall. Other than that, I was perfectly satisfied.

Unscheduled but nice hotel

It was unscheduled hotel stay en route to Busan but it turned out quite OK. We didn’t enjoyed the hotel as we arrived late and rushed to Busan next day. Breakfast was cute~
