UNBEATABLE Location -Partial Gulf View - Easy beach access, close to everything!

Treat yourself to a beach vacation with a perfect location! Our condo is right in the heart of Gulf Shores with direct beach access on the same corner! Surf Style Island Market is right next door for last minute supplies, groceries and beverages. One of the Island's favorite restaurants, Sea and Suds is right across the street. There is a Waffle House next door for those times you want a late night meal or when you don't feel like fixing breakfast. Other Island favorites like Hooters, The Hangout, Pink Pony are only 1 or 2 blocks away. The Gulf State Pier where you can enjoy a day of fishing, a quick snack or an adult beverage at Bywater Beachside is only a 20 minute walk or a quick couple minute drive. Then, of course, THE BEACH! Our condo is located on a corner with a crosswalk for easy crossing to access the beach right across the street. It makes it so easy to come back to the condo to fix lunch or to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view! No need to worry about parking. You have 2 free designated parking spaces located under the building, so even if it's raining you will stay dry. There are even some porch swings to relax in.

Our condo has 2 bedrooms, each with king sized beds. The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa. There are tv's in each room, including 2 smart tvs. There is also private wifi. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, as well as a blender for your frozen drinks! There is also a coin laundry room available on site for your convenience.

My daughter and I loved this property & location. The weather was crazy with high winds and some rain during our stay but we still enjoyed being so close to everything. Allison is a great host and this property was very clean and is everything as advertised. I recommend this location to anyone heading to the beach in Gulf Shores. Very quiet and relaxing. The condo is located in a wonderful spot, you are just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The surf shop next door is also a grocery store which comes in handy if you forget anything! Everything is just minutes away.

We loved the location! You’re not right on the beach but you only have to cross the street to get to it! The surf style right beside the condo was very convenient! The beds were so comfortable! The room had anything we needed including a washer/dryer! The check in process was probably the easiest thing ever! Definitely will be visiting this condominium again!

Great place right across from the beach!

This was the cutest little condo with easy access right across from the beach. My husband and I had a blast getting to know each other again. Parasailing is right across the street, along with jet skiing and a banana boat. Great restaurants all around. We rode our Road King from Wisconsin to Gulf Shores...we had a blast. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice condo. Most everything you need is within walking distance, the beach, restaurants, and a market right next door. The only reason we wouldn't stay again is because we would want something right on the beach.

Amazing beach condo feet from everything!

If you are looking for an amazing condo at a great rate this is it!! It is feet away from the beach even though it is not technically beach front, a market and a surf style. It is also on the main gulf shore strip with access to several well known restaurants! Outside of the location and easy keyless entry (which you have to love) the host has everything you could need already there and was very responsive. We like to cook in most meals and she had all the household essentials utensils, salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods ect. To top it all off it was very clean and we felt so safe! This is a MUST if you are looking for a great stay!!
