Stunning views!!!

We had a great stay! The views from the windows are just as breath taking as the ones from the balcony! The condo was spacious enough for all of us including 3 under the age of 5. Like any condo, some things had minor inconveniences like not being able to turn a fan on at first, but Jonathan was QUICK to help and get that sorted out! Literally anything we needed he was available. Overall this condo was perfect for our stay and I hope we get to come back time and time again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach and sunsets from the window is phenomenal! Perfect location, close to pretty much everything and some in walking distance. We will definitely be looking to stay again. Thank you for having a spot for my entire family to have a week together!

Perfect family getaway!

My husband and I brought our three kids and my parents together here for a short spring break trip, it was perfect! Location is awesome, the space had the perfect amount of rooms and common spaces for quality time. The building set up makes it easy as the parking and the unit itself are less than 50 ft from the elevator. They provided everything we could’ve needed and the checkout instructions were reasonable and I didn’t feel like someone’s housecleaner! The host was quick to respond and accommodating. I will be back again soon!

We were hesitant to stay on the 20th floor. However, it was amazing! The elevator was fast and we never had to wait. The view was amazing. The location is great. The condo is spacious and 4 bathrooms was a bonus touch.

Colonnades experience.

Arrival and getting in was easy. There building a condominium next door and was loud during the week. They were working on about the 20th floor cement got on my vehicle and had to go clean it. Condo was 4 bedroom and a pull out so sleeps 10. Pullout couch needs replaced or worked on. With 10 person condo I would think 2 parking passes would be provided but only give one pass so had to get with property manager and get another parking pass for 100 dollars before the security commando did towed away. Don’t know why 10 person condo only gives 1 pass unless you travel in bus? Condo and facilities were good over all adequate furnishings. Not bad location but the blocks are long and it is a walk to get to the restaurants. If your older and want to walk to things find something closer.
