Condo was nice. Beach view beautiful Dining seating Great Outdoor seating great Den seating just ok. Needed a couple of club chairs instead of 1 recliner with the sectional Master bed was very comfortable 2nd bedroom wasn’t large enough for a king bed both daughter & sonnlaw hit the bed frame Bathroom layouts were very cramped toilet and bath/shower too close Kitchen pots and pans subpar ice maker broken but maintenance is repairing after we check out Checkout time is 9:00 . Early & late check ins available for 60 charges Make sure if you are bringing 2 cars (50charge) that you register both. Ours were not listed properly and the gate keeper will not let you in

Nice property but know the details before you rent

The property itself is very nice. However the advertisement of the amenities of the property is very inaccurate. The fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, and steam room are only available for an additional cost of $46 a day. We also had issues obtaining the second parking pass that took two hours for me to resolve on the phone. I think this is more of a Southern Vacation Rental issue more than anything else.
