CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Enjoyed our stay. Unit was very nice. Ample space (bedrooms were nice) and superb views. Pantry was a bit sparse and had to ask/plead for additional toilet paper.Biggest issue was there only being one working elevator which caused long wait times. We wound up taking the stairs more often than not.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was in a great location, clean, and up to date. Parking was tight but we managed and elevators at peak hours are a little tuff. Overall great experience and we plan to be back.

This place was great. The view was amazing and they had some great amenities (and even beach toys and chairs to use). No need to lug a bunch of extra stuff with you. The beds were comfy too and there was plenty of space to just hang out. Balcony was a great place to sit, read a book and look out at the ocean.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The condo is in wonderful shape, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is my favorite for sunrises and sunsets. And, my walks on the beach were super fun with easy access from the condominium. I highly recommend this property.

Family Beach Trip

Accommodations were wonderful. We have stayed at Seawind several times and this was the nicest rooms we have had. The elevator was broke for about 1 1/2 days which was inconvenient but the property manager/security was very accommodating about providing assistance until they were back up and running. Will definitely consider booking here again.

Wonderful place to stay and great location!

The condo we rented was excellent. The property owners were so gracious and understanding, especially when I couldn't figure out the television, lol. The location and view were awesome, and the condo had everything we needed, except for food, of course. The little market across the street is also very handy. We had such a good time and hated to leave. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to visit the Gulf coast!

Great location. Property was clean. Great beach view from balcony. They have beach accessories available for use. We also left a beach ball because we didn’t want to take it with us so hopefully they keep with the rest of the stuff. Had a great experience overall.

Can’t wait to come back!

The condo itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The wagon filled with chairs and mats for the beach were so nice! Our kids loved the beach toys that were in the condo and they provided many hours of entertainment! It was a great location as we could walk to many restaurants. The pool, splash pad and hot tub were great but it would have been nice if it was heated for the cooler days. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we’re looking forward to coming back!
