Very relaxing stay. Plenty of room for the two of us. Loved the balconies! We did find that the bedroom TV was not functional. It did not turn on. That was really not a huge disappointment to us as we are not big TV watchers. We also realized that there were no coffee filters at the condo, or salt and pepper, and no ice, ice machine or ice cube trays, which necessitated an immediate trip to the Dollar General. We left coffee filters and S&P for the next guests. Again, not a huge deal, but no ice or method to make ice? That was more of a disappointment. The 'beach' area was small and quite crowded, not so much with the other tenants, although there were quite a few, but more so with an overabundance of large 'rent a tents'. Overall a nice time.

Quite location

Close to beach at far end of Ft Morgan near ferry and historic Ft Morgan. Pool across the street from property. Newly paved street. TV upstairs did not work, property management did come on site, texted that a new controller would be delivered 2 days after our check out. Screen missing on porch, a little dated interior. 17 miles into town so don't forget to pack or buy items before u go.
