Finally! The beach. So many choices. How do I even choose. Where to go. Where to stay. Since one of the most fun parts of a vacation is anticipation. You have decided on Gulf Shores, AL. That is a great decision. You probably have looked at a number of condos and some are better than others. But then you land on one that just seems right. We hope that this is just the “right” one. Royal Palms here in Gulf Shores is just hard to beat.
Our first rentals here at Royal Palms begin February 2025. We are thrilled to start with this new property directly on the beach with Gulf Front Direct View.
Royal Palms is located right on the beach. When I first walked into unit 702 on the 7th floor I couldn’t believe it. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico was staring at me and looked so huge. You feel like you can’t stop yourself from just staring. And staring. And staring some more. There is no question that there will be a lot of balcony time for peaceful reflection. Admiring God’s creation. There will be those sunrises and sunsets. That first cup of coffee. That late afternoon nap. Watching others up and down the beach having fun is all a part of it. But it is your beach too so you will have this great big beach to enjoy. We even have the Gulf Shores 1500’ long pier just to the east of us to walk over to.
**The Cleaning Fee shown includes 1 parking pass** A 2nd pass can be purchased for $60 at the guard shack and is good for the entire stay.
Our condo is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Paula & Mike have done upgrades to their new condo that will make it feel refreshed and special. New furnishings. New flooring. We have a King bed in the bedroom. We have built- in bunks in the hallway for the kids. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room too. The kitchen is fully outfitted so you will not have to bring your kitchen from home to enjoy your time here. Did I mention there is free wifi? Yep, there is free wifi. Oh yeah, there are 2 elevators just in case you wondered.
Royal Palms will be a place that you can enjoy your whole day there if you like. There is the outdoor pool but also a heated indoor pool. And, yay, there is a hot tub too. We have charcoal grills here too for those cook-out nights. On the 2nd floor is a sauna, steam room and exercise room. But the highlight is the beach right here. No long walk. Walk out the back and you are there.
Gulf Shores is such a fun city to visit. Not too big and not too small. We have a lot of the newest and latest but keep a lot of the old beach town feel. Gulf Shores is definitely a family-friendly destination with so many things within walking distance. You will be surprised how walking, running and biking friendly we are. Kids always love the location since we are close to The Hangout and to the local stores. We have a number of restaurants nearby.
Why do people keep coming back to Gulf Shores? Still has the small-town beach feel. Still a family-oriented city. Still the best Seafood restaurants anywhere. The incredibly white beaches that are so wide simply are beyond description until you see it yourself. Plenty of unique shopping places in Gulf Shores. All the familiar chain restaurants and stores are bordering Gulf Shores in Foley. Nighttime fun for families. Going to The Hangout during the day or night is a blast. Long walks down nearly secluded beaches in early mornings or before dark is a must.
I have the privilege of managing this condo for really super owners, Paula and Mike Bayack of Kansas. They live part of the year here in Gulf Shores and love every second they are here. Great owners and strong believers!
Our condo is a strictly non-smoking unit and we cannot allow pets here.
