This resort offers 4 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor swimming pool, a fitness room, a hot tub/sauna, BBQ, volleyball, tennis courts, and a putting green. Nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course is just next door.

*PARKING: Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. You will purchase your parking pass(es) in the amount of $35, and security requires an information sheet to be completed and turned in upon check-in. The information sheet will be attached in your arrival details sent by email 7-10 prior to your arrival date trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, as well as a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in.

Elevator modernization is set to begin in the middle of December and will run through approximately mid March. During this phase only Elevator #1 will be available for guest use.
