The property was decent and clean. Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. No coffee table or ottoman. Check out is difficult due to everyone trying to check out around the same time, and there were only two elevators. I like that it was in a good location to get to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

The room we stayed was very clean, and linens and towels felt very fresh. We appreciated the housekeeping quality. I wish we didn’t have to smell smoking from neighboring rooms on the balcony.

Not as advertised

Hot tub was permanently closed entire trip. Pool and beach access were closed weekdays 8a-4p, which was NOT disclosed ahead of time. No soundproofing - it was SO loud. I could hear loud scraping every time the folks above moved their chairs across the floor, which was often, and my bedroom window was basically at the door of the elevator, and folks were extremely loud. Wasted 3 hours in laundry room, having to run clothes through dryer twice, only to leave with damp clothes anyway. I was told I would get a refund for dryer costs if I went to office, but none was given when I went. Listing said daily housekeeping and it was a HOTEL, but it’s apparently privately owned and then treated it like a VRBO, with a single use shampoo and one tiny bar of soap. I was expected to provide everything else I needed. Extra towels were an extra cost if needed, and no housekeeping. I had to empty my own trash on the way out. Sheets on the bed were stained in many places, giving me an ick feeling about sleeping on them. Only positive is the oceanfront location and view from the balcony.

Loved the location, everything was within walking distance. All the rooms have a view of the water with private patios. Plenty of room for a bigger family even though i went with just 1 other person. The suite had a full bathroom and a half bathroom.

Very nice room. In many ways like a condo or vrbo. Not your normal hotel room. It has a nice balcony overlooking the Gulf and the pool. Private parking that you don't pay extra for.

It was a little inconvenient because of the construction going on. We couldn't use our balcony until after 4:30 in the afternoon. To get to the beach we had to walk through our parking lot to the business next door and use their beach access.

Overall, great place to stay!

Great time with daughter n granddaughters! Great view, great location. My only issue was 1. It wasn’t clear that there are 3 different locations. 2. Pool and beach gate locked after 4:00, so had to go all the way around with 3 kids just to get to the beach!

Condo was nice inside but there should have been clear communication that there was ongoing construction and the pool and balcony were not always available. The condo was very clean and the desk manager was nice.

The room was not what I signed up for. The pool, hot tub and beach access where closed do to construction that was not disclosed at the time of rental. I would have rescheduled if I would have known. There where ropes for Scaffolding hung outside our porch which beat in the wind all night long.

Great view

Outdated but clean. Chair in living room needs cleaning desperately! Elevators are super slow and stink like cigarette smoke! Beautiful view of the Gil!
