The pristine white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are waiting for you at this charming 3-bedroom 3.5 bathroom town home! Wake up each morning and take the stairs off of your deck for a stroll along the ocean shore or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch for dolphins that often swim by. This property offers two floors. One with a king bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf waters. The other is a 3rd floor loft with two queen beds and a full bath. There is a third queen bedroom and third full bathroom on the second floor, down the hall from the master. A pack and play is also available for families with small children. The town home is conveniently located within walking distance of many local restaurants, Ice cream parlors and local shopping as well as The Hangout. Don't feel like going out to dinner? The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. In addition to being right on the beach, The complex includes a swimming pool and several outdoor grills. Bed sheets and towels are provided. No smoking and no pets please.

Detailed property description:
Drive up and park right under the unit in the 900 building, There is dedicated room for two vehicles. Take a set of stairs up to access unit 902. The first floor has the kitchen and living area with a sliding door to back deck with direct beach access to the white sand beaches and stairs straight down to the beach. The second floor contains high ceiling the master bedroom with its own bathroom and private deck overlooking the gulf waters and ocean. Down the hall is the washer/dryer combo, The second full bath which includes a second bedroom with a queen bed in it. Take the next set of stairs to the third-floor loft with two queen beds and a dedicated full bath with shower (no tub). This is a great place to put the kids with the extra sleeping areas!

We had a great time with our family of 6 here. The master bed was very comfortable and we loved the balcony in its room. The walk to the beach is right outside the back deck. It was perfect for our grandchildren, 2 and 3 years old. Very clean as well.
