This property was nice and only a few steps away from the beach. My family loved the fact that there are 3 full baths and plenty of sleep space. There was even an extra set of bunk beds that we didn’t realize were there. However, we did have a few drawbacks with this property. The day before our vacation we were told that the dishwasher wasn’t working and were offered paper plates to help. The morning of our vacation I refer email which stated that both the Pool and Dock were out of service. This was a big deal as we had 2 11 year olds and two toddlers who were set on swimming in a pool. The host handling the property noted that it was a mistake and offered wrist bands to another facility’s pool 2 miles down the road (huge inconvenience). He also made sure to tell us that we definitely weren’t receiving a big discount on our trip despite being misinformed and appliances that weren’t working. We actually never heard back from him. Overall, the location of this property was great!!! We did enjoy our stay. The property is nicely kept, and you can tell that the Renovations are new. There was a television in each bedroom and living area, which was great! There are two large sets of stairs, so if someone is not able to climb steps well, this would not be the place for you.

The property was spacious and nicely decorated. I loved that there are bunk beds upstairs and downstairs. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even the bunk mattresses were comfy memory foam! It is an easy walk to the beach. It took me less time to get to the beach than when I stay in a tower unit ON the beach! There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed: **The pull out trash bin is not screwed in and the drawer clatters to the ground. It nearly crashed onto our toes several times. **One of the upstairs bathrooms is missing a toilet paper holder. It looks like it fell off and was never replaced. **The bunk beds needed a wipe down with a magic eraser. Lots of dirty feet and hand prints. We picked one up at the store and wiped it down ourselves but I'm still miffed as to how it was overlooked when it was last cleaned bc it was very evident! Beyond that, it was great! We will definitely be back!

Will Definently Stay Here Again

We really enjoyed our stay there. Didn't expect that many stairs but they will whip you in shape. I dont know what it was about those beds but everybody slept great. Me personally I didn't even wake up in the middle of the night and that rarely happens. The beach is a short walk across the street and everything is a short distance. The hangout is only about 3 miles down the the strip
