Great place and location. Back of house/porch area faces bay. Beach is across the street and walkable 10-15 minute walk. House is very spacious with great amenities. My only complaint is that carpets need to be replaced. Carpets to most rooms have large stains at entry ways which look very gross.

The property is in a good location. And the only issue is that all of the bedrooms need new carpet. The carpet is completely wore out and ruined. The master suite has been stained way beyond repair. Once that is done it would be great. But too nasty until then.
