I thought i paid for a full beach view but only had a partial. We should receive a refund for the difference in room charges. The bathtub spout was hanging out. There was a broken light next to the bed. The shampoo in the shower was empty.

Laundry service was not free. EV charger was not working the entire duration of my visit. We did get a food comp for our visit which was nice. But the beds were worn out and has bed bugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful where they could be. But I don't think I'll be back at that location due to the beds having bedbugs and very worn out beds.

Loved access to the beach. My room had a lovely view of the beach. I did not notice that breakfast was $18 upon booking this hotel. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was stinky, dirty, and old. There was rust on the lampshades, hair in the bed, elevators floors was sticky there was a stench.

Cellphone charging stations on lamps and nightstand didn't work, plug for keurig didn't work had to move it to different place in order for it to work. Added breakfast to my stay then told not included. At checkout no one was at the front desk but 2 employee's were talking at the bar so the breakfast lady took my key cards

The staff was great. The lazy river was really. There’s only a very few rooms that offer a really good beach view.

I wish there were a flatter surface at the end of the walkway to the beach instead of stairs. I am disabled and it was hard for me to get down to the beach. The State Lodge had a better and easier way to the beach. The roll in shower needs better drainage as the design now creates a lot of water to flow down to the front door of our room.Had to dry up the shower with many towels and after a day the hotel ran out of towels. We had to wait for pool towels which took 24 hrs. The staff were very professional and nice. The breakfast staff were nice and polite and got coffee fast when it ran out and cleared tables quickly. I enjoyed the pool and the floating devices provided. The way the pool went around and around with out pushing was really cool. We enjoyed the music choice out at the pool too.
