We had to wait all day and only after three calls for room service and they finally came way over in the evening after 5pm. The person that checked us out promised to email our receipt and we haven’t got it yet as of 928 am the next day.

Veronica was one of the best hotel managers I've ever encountered. Her staff is an exact reflection of her. The rooms and hotel are exceptionally clean, and it’s located right on the beach! The wifi is not so good, but who goes on vacation to play on the phone? I will be staying here next time I decide to visit Orange Beach.

Love that it was beach front. Room was very clean and comfortable. For an extra charge, the breakfast was phenomenal and super convenient near the lobby. Was a great location close to some great places to eat and hang out. Both hot tubs were not functioning with regards to the jets, but we were able sit in the heated water. Pool was heated, but chilly.
