Mary is FANTASTIC, communication is stellar. She is easily accessible and gets back to you immediately. She gives very clear rules and check in directions. Feb and Mar 2026: Many snowbird specials at the restaurants. March is spring break so specials end. Many families and college kids, no issue with the college kids. Great location, beach is 2 min walk. It's the best beach, SOFT sand. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance, MANY more within a few minute drive. Gulf Shores is very bikeable. Very safe town! Parking: Room for 2 vehicles, our Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab fit easily.Condo clean, been updated. Older building, not pristine like new, so very affordable. Balcony faces parking area. Turn your chairs left you see the ocean. No sun at sunrise. Has sun in the late afternoon. Comfortable beds, good showers, plenty of towels. Heat and air conditioner worked well. There is a broom, dustpan, vacuum, mop. Kitchen had what we needed for our 2 month stay. We cooked a lot. Has induction stovetop, oven worked well. Love the pans - Farberware ceramic non stick. Regular drip coffee maker with coffee filters in the cupboard. No spices. Has salt and pepper shakers. Full size refrigerator on bottom with freezer on top holds a lot. Ice maker worked well. Bonus: washer and dryer in the condo. Would stay again. Only reason would not is to have a balcony directly on the beach but they are much more expensive, not worth it. You won't regret staying here!
