Beachview 224 is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, 279 sq. ft. condo on the 2nd floor at 200 East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Single studio with beautiful cabinets and granite counter tops featuring a double bed, loaded with amenities! Located right across the street from the public beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, clubs, and shops. Covered parking to keep your vehicle out of the heat! Elevator for taking your luggage up to your unit. The Hangout Music Festival, and the Shrimp Festival are held right across the street! Cozy accommodations make this a perfect choice for couples. Staying here will provide the opportunity for a memorable experience. This property is furnished with plastic products, one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and two rolls of bathroom tissue. A coin laundry is conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

PARKING & PARKING PASS: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions
- STRICTLY ENFORCED. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. Compact car parking only under building. We enjoyed our stay at the property! It was very easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, etc. The only downside is that the elevator did not work, so you had to carry all of your items up the stairs. Other than that, it was an amazing stay!

Husband and i stayed 3 nights. Everything we needed was there! Very clean! Wish the building had an ice maker but we walked to dollar general and grabbed a bag for the beach. We walked to most places. Great location!!

We had a great stay! It was walking distance to the places we wanted to visit and the parking was great and not over crowded. Only thing was the cleanliness. The floors looked like they could use a mop and it was hair in the shower from previous guests. The condo was smaller than anticipated but we managed. Otherwise, we would stay again!
