The condo was comfortable and has easy access to the beach and pool. The AC went out the second day we were there. I called the office. A repairman was there in less than 2 hours and fixed it. So, they are responsive to their renters' needs.

This condo was awful. The floors, rugs and furniture were so dirty. After taking a shower and walking to the kitchen your feet were dirty. Both bathtub plugs were broken so you could only take a shower. The sofa cover was so dirty we wouldn't let the kids even sit on it. Both bedroom closets were unusable. One closet even had a note not to use the closet doors as they were broken. They were broken (we tried). The other bedroom closet was full of furniture, rugs, and throw pillows. There were random pieces of odd furniture just sitting here and there. Lightbulbs were out in about half of the fixtures. Many electrical outlets did not work, We had to call to get a code for our condo as none was ever sent to us. They gave us codes for pool and beach access but there were no working code boxes at any gate. The elevator was filthy and scary. Lint trap in dryer was broken and rusted therefore getting rust stains on our clean clothes. Handles and lock on sliding doors in bedroom leading to deck were missing. The air-conditioning did not work when we arrived but they did send someone out within an hour of us calling. All in all...DON'T STAY HERE!
