Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The view of the beach was amazing I love that it was right on the beach. The room was clean and very nice. I had 6 people in my party and we all fit well in this room. I don’t have any complaints about this property other than the elevators can take some time during spring break due to the volume of people staying there but again not their fault just how it goes. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.

Pros: The view was excellent. Room has everything we needed. Everything worked as needed. Cons:Housekeeping- Bed sheets had sand in them which means they were not changed out prior to arrival; Partial roll of toilet paper on arrival. Has to request more. Directions to set thermostat no lower than 73 degrees. That’s quite warm especially for Southern Alabama. Had to wash dishes and return to cabinets before departure. No detergent provided. Not sure why that wasn’t included in housekeeping fees. Old Mr. Coffee style coffee maker. Outdated appliances. Outdated furniture.

Room was not inviting. Very few pictures. The towel/linens were clean but the smell of them not refreshing. We purchased multi clean to wipe down counter tops, appliances and bathrooms to assure they were clean. Visit was ok, but for a Phoenix property expected a cleaner facility.

I wasnt going to leave a review but VRBO kept sending reminders. The place is located in the most perfect spot. Checking in was no problem. We put our stuff in the room and took off for an excellent day. We got back close to bedtime which is when we realized how nasty the floors were. The bathroom was no exception. Brett Robinson has dropped the ball with their cleaning services. There were spills and stains dried onto the floors in the living room that was never mopped over. I had to clean other people’s hair out of the tub and bathroom floor. The couch and chair had some pretty gross stains. We covered them with the extra bed linens. I didn’t complain to the management, I just cleaned it up myself. My recommendation would be to replace or cover couch and chair, make sure housekeeping is doing their job. Oh, and it wouldn’t hurt to clean the ceiling fans.

I just wanted a quick, stress free chill day / night away from home and on the beach to relax and recharge. This was the perfect place all around! Price, location, ease of use, everything I wanted! Will definitely come back to stay as short or long as I financially can! No issues at all! Thank you for a well needed day away.

The hotel is directly on the beach, gorgeous sugar sand. The rooms were a little older, but very clean. The location is perfect, walking distance to The Hangout and other restaurants and souvenir shops. We'll likely be back.
