Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1- November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Overall my family had an awesome time. I just recommend a sleep mask since there are no curtains in the bedroom windows so as soon as the sun comes out it’s bright in the rooms

Unit was nice and clean. Location was good. Pool was good. Only negative was the shared balcony/walkway, so no privacy, but we knew that going into it.

The stay was an overall great experience. Located in a perfect spot with an amazing view of the beach off of the back porch. Management was also super helpful and friendly throughout the process.
