We had a wonderful stay! The resort was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxing throughout. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options and something for everyone. We’d definitely stay here again!

The entertainment is okay, but defiantly culturally bias. Great if you like hard rock and/or country. The service is always excellent, but the check -in process always take 20-30 minutes.

First Time Visitor - The room and Hotel itself was so very clean and Absolutely Gorgeous! While visiting the restaurant on the 1st floor I met a very nice staff member by the name of Carter. Carter's Customer Service Skills were AMAZING! His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on and we took everyone of them :) Hi Cheerful Demeanor brightened our day and attention to detail made our meal & stay truly memorable. Well Done Carter! Awesome Customer Service and we will be back to see you soon. The 2nd floor outdoor restaurant was very nice as well and the staff was very kind also and attentive. The bar employee named Chrissy on the 1st floor by Starbucks, she needed in my opinion a bit more customer service experience wasn't too friendly to us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

Didn’t see much of the hotel but the rooms were nice and beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and polite not to mention the beach chair voucher was also a plus

I loved EVERYTHING about the stay, the food it self from the Tide & Table was top tier! Highly recommend. A few staff members appeared irritated in the bar area, maybe because it was a busy weekend during shrimp festival, but overall, we had good time. So convenient and in walking distance to all of the shops and just across the street from the beach. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Cleaner than others places just a little bit of dust in my night stand and they forgot to leave sheets (linen) for the sofa bed, the property was easy to walk, the staff was in the majority nice and kind

We stayed at Embassy Suites Gulf Shores for my son’s soccer tournament, and the experience was awful. At 12:39 a.m., my family had to change rooms due to a broken toilet handle and a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod — clear signs the room hadn’t been cleaned. Before moving, we asked Charles to please check the new room to make sure it was clean, and he assured us it was. When we got there, there was a large pile of hair near the shower. Charles and Makayla were both dismissive and uncaring throughout the situation, and there was no manager on site to help.

One of the best Embassy Suites! I will definitely return! The customer service in all areas - housekeeping (love Jerry I hope that is his name), the omelette experts, and the pool staff! Amazing fall break with the kids and we all had the best time.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. However, the only downside was the comfort of the beds. It felt like you were sleeping on a solid piece of wood. But other than that, everything else was fantastic!!! The staff, service, amenities, and food was all amazing! We will be back for sure!
