The first room we got the AC didn’t work and we had to swap rooms at around 9 PM the night of the marathon. The next room we got into the heat didn’t work, but we noticed it at night and didn’t want to swap rooms again having a baby with us and all of the things he needed. It was too much work to swap everything out. And nobody offered to help us move. When I told the front desk this at checkout, all they did was write my room number down. I felt like they didn’t care at all or try to make the situation right. Unfortunately, these days, the only people that get taken care of are the ones that make a big scene and we just arent those kind of people. We expected to have a wonderful stay here like we did when we stayed with Hilton at the battle House in Mobile, but we did not get the same Hilton experience. Additionally, the host (older woman) at the in hotel restaurant was extremely rude to my wife and made it very clear that she was very unhappy to have to get a highchair for us. She even tried saying they had run out just because she didn’t wanna go get one.

The property is new and clean and the staff is friendly. The room was clean. The only knock on this property is the $40 daily resort fee and the parking fees. Resort fees remind me of why I don't go to Las Vegas anymore; they chase people away. There are other hotels in Gulf Shores (Hotel Indigo for one) that are very nice and they don't charge a resort fee. Would I stay at Embassy Suites again? Maybe.

A wonderful stay at this hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and dog friendly. The location was ideal with the beach across the street and shopping a short walking distance. Free breakfast with delicious on the spot omelettes. Evening they host two drinks with light appy's.

Rooms were nice and the employees were friendly. Walking distance to the beach was very nice. Walking distance to the gift shops and restaurants was also excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

My stay was great. The room was clean, staff had great customer service the breakfast was great with a variety. We received two tickets for the bar which was included in our reservation.

New hotel that was met with great cleanliness, rooms were accommodating though after previously staying at another embassy suites I wish they had a universal cleaning protocol. The make to order omelets breakfast buffet is always a driving force for my stay with kiddos. The managers
