There are also various updates throughout the condo to provide a modern and inviting atmosphere.

Winter Getaway: Thinking about a winter escape? Any reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum 60-day stay. Reservations that do not meet this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, with a limit of 2 cars.
Linens are provided; please bring your own beach towels.
Your reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
