The beach is beautiful. Hotel breakfast is 14.50 PP. the omelets were top notch. But unless you all you can eat it you could get better breakfast. Everything was as expected.

This was our second time staying at the Tides this month!!!! We love everything about this establishment and its amazing views and atmosphere. Easy access to the beach, very clean, pool and bar area excellent place to hang out and watch the ocean. We will continue to stay here!

Room was clean, view was nice, but this was our 3rd time at this Hotel. They have changed a lot and now just nickle and dime you to death. Nothing is free. $11 per day parking and if you want their breakfast it is $15 per person. Beach is much further out than it used to be which only matters because I am not in the best shape to be walking all that. The hotel takes up all the room in front of the hotel with their chairs and umbrellas set up so you have to struggle to find a shore front spot. They charge for the chair and umbrellas too... It is a nice place just disappointed in the money hungry approach. Will rent a condo next time and not deal with all the extra people at the same price.

This was my first time staying here, and I was pleasantly surprised. Although breakfast wasn't included the price was reasonable, especially for what you got. The poolside bar and coffee shop were excellent as well. All the staff we ran into were very helpful and friendly. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was the beds, to firm for me or my wife to really get comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay though, its worth checking out if you want to visit orange beach.

Definitely going back. The only thing I would like if there was a better dining option for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was chefs kiss. But out side of that the only option was pizza. I’m already planning my next stay. The staff was amazing and helpful. Very kid and family friendly.

It's super overpriced to have such horrible beds. It's just an okay hotel. It's really clean, but it cost to eat breakfast and have coffee. They also charge to park in their parking garage.

The spa was broken. The parking garage was about half full yet the desk clerk told me that the reason my friend and me couldn’t have rooms on the same floor was because the hotel was full on a weekday. The hostess at breakfast simply ignored us and would chat with others. Other people were waiting to be seated after us and she ignored them too. Her name was Stephanie. We had to stop her and ask for drinks and silverware separately. No tip for her. The man making omelettes had to mske and serve because Stephanie was chatting.
