Everything was very nice and as described. The location was perfect and Pari was more than helpful! It should be more obvious in the posting that this unit is on the 16th floor which may cause issues with people who don't like heights. Overall a great place we will go back to.

How this property received good reviews is baffling. The property is more than dated, it’s worn out. The owner is out of touch with this property, this owner is cheap and this property is poorly maintained. Lights out in the kitchen, holes in the walls, needs painting horribly bad. furniture worn out or broken!! Water came out of the walls twice and began to flood the unit. We found black mold. The toilet in the master bath screamed like a wounded animal when flushed. We would not use it or not flush it after many uses before flushing again. Internet didn’t work, would not allow access to internet TV programs , like Netflix. The floors where dirty, after walking on them your feet would get black, toilet paper on the holders where left from from the previous tenant once we ran out there was no more toilet paper , the same with the paper towels,the washing detergent for the dish washer and washing machine. We found trash under the master bed from previous tenants. When I addressed the property owner her answer was that they had not done a deep clean on the property! Really!! Makes you wonder just what was cleaned , a very gross thought when you think about it. Let’s also not forget that when you arrive you must pay 50 dollars to park. You must chase down the a security guard to pay him so you are not towed and only hear him tell you that most owners take care of parking and customers don’t normally have to pay, that really makes you feel good after a long trip.Also ROACHS!!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was clean; very spacious and met all of our expectations. The view from the balcony was great. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Many restaurants within a couple of miles. Pari, our host, was very gracious and answered all our questions and concerns.

The condo was even more than expected! Pari (condo host) responded quickly to my many questions. After our stay, I realized I had left my blow dryer and flat iron at the condo. I messaged Pari on Monday about my stuff, it was in my mailbox by Wednesday. Between the accommodations and Pari, this was one of our best stays by far!

This was our first time to Gulf Shores, Alabama. The entire process from booking this room through departure was effortless. Our host was prompt with responses and communicated through email and text messages. Our room was clean and our view of the Gulf was phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here!
