This unit has so much potential but is not being tended to adequately. Upon arrival we noticed so many things that needed attention but decided to focus on the broken balcony furniture. We immediately texted the property manager with photos of the unusable seating on the balcony. She said she would see what she could do about it and that was the last we heard from her and new chairs never arrived. You can’t enjoy a beach condo balcony without seating. The table on the balcony was constructed of layers of cardboard wrapped in a cumin table cloth secured with masking tape - it was also unusable but we held off on asking about that in hopes to get some chairs but that didn’t happen. Other things that we didn’t report were stopped up sinks that would fill completely writhing second of turning it on. The twin beds in the third bedroom were like concrete and so we doubled up in other rooms. Drapery panels were filthy and falling off the rods. Both bathtubs were disgusting. For the price we didn’t expect too much but chairs for balcony use is a basic “amenity” that was not addressed so I knew there was no reason to ask for any other assistance. Before renting this unit be sure to verify that balcony furniture has been replaced.
