206 Grand Beach Beautiful 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4

From September 5 through March 31, the elevator and central stairwell will be under construction. The pool will remain accessible through the front gate. Construction is nearing completion and additional areas are reopening, but all construction signs and restrictions must be followed.

Spacious condo located directly across from the beach. One bedroom one bath ultra clean!! Guests can kick back and enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from private balconies without ever leaving your Condo.

We enjoy Gulf-front outdoor pool for swimming or sunbathing as well as a hot tub to soak your tired muscles after a day of sight seeing. There is also a grilling area for guests to use and enjoy.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and amusement parks.
Anglers will certainly want to take advantage of the fact that we are located within walking distance of the State Park fishing pier, where you can try your hand at catching dinner!

Overall the property was fine. Great parking and location to the beach. Restaurant, stores and bike path right there to utilize . Didn’t realize the pool wasn’t heated - water was very cold and didn’t use. Area rug and the three bar stools are no longer in this unit. The unit could use a very thorough cleaning and new mattress. Pros out way the cons.

Very nice little place!

Very nice little place, across the street from the beach. Bed was super comfy. Only complaint would be is the water pressure could be better in the shower! But overall very pleased, and would rent again.

The property is a wonderful condo in a one building complex. The unit had everything needed and was located directly across from beach access and a park. Beautiful views! Within walking distance to restaurants and market. We loved our stay! Owner did not respond to questions. The listing shows 4 pm check-in with 11 am checkout. Emailed instructions (on the day of arrival) were late and changed the check-in time to 3 pm and checkout time to 10 am. Could not find the hair dryer.
