This hotel worked for us in that it was roughly halfway on our journey to the south of France. The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in. The hotel itself is quite tired and needs some modernisation. Restaurant was not open the evening we were there but the Local town of Avallon had plenty of pleasant restaurants available.

Basic ibis + Tesla Superchargers nearby

It's a basic ibis hotel, nothing unusual. Tge added bonus for me was the Tesla superchargers which were within walking distance. That's convenient for EV users. Would stay here again.

Very satisfying hotel

This is a new, bright, efficient hotel. Rooms are not especially large but very nice. Breakfast was extremely good. Very pleasant.

Well located for our visit to the surrounding area. Very clean and nice room. Nice evening dinner at the hotel. Checkout - the young lady was less than professional. Itemized bill only seen after payment, unfortunately. Was charged for breakfast for two (that we did not have) on the check out day. The reception person was less than gracious when I pointed out the error, but did return the funds to me (in cash).

After 24 hours on a plane then a 2 hour drive from the airport it was nice to come to a clean comfortable room. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the hotel was in a quiet location. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

RIOMS ARE TOO small and no AC

Rooms are too too small and their twin beds the smallest u can ever imagine. Biggest problem u can have in summer is no air conditions and if u open the window so many insects comes in. Breakfast was ok. Staff if they speak English they helpful.

Tucked away but excellent for our requirements.

This hotel catered for all. Saw disadvantaged there who were very well catered for. Only used as a b&b for us but the whole experience shouts book another in the same chain.

Perfect for an overnight stop along the way!

Staff was welcoming and nice. Hotel is easily accessible from the highway, perfect for an overnight stop along the way.. Would definitely stay there again if I needed to stay in that area. Haven't tried the breakfast. Wifi was fine but a colleague had issues due to frequent disconnect. Bed was nice, room was facing the road but was really quiet. It was exactly what I needed.
