House in perfect condition, large volume, bright. Many sports and cultural activities on Guidel (water sports, performance hall, media library, swimming pool, hiking trails, horse riding .......). Airport and SNCF train station within 20 kms. Possibilities of many visits in the surroundings (zoo, cultural heritage, chapels, city of sailing Eric Tabarly, marinas, fishing, cinemas, theater, walks and sea fishing ......). Bikes, kayak, quad, jet ski, surfing, windsurfing rental possibilities. All shops including supermarkets. Super séjour qui a démarré avec un accueil très chaleureux d'Irène la propriétaire (encore merci pour le cidre et le gâteau breton !) La maison était conforme à nos attentes. Spacieuse, accueillante, confortable, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis "chez nous". Bien située pas trop loin des plages de Guidel dans un quartier très calme à proximité des bois environnants Un petit soucis au cours du séjour très vite réglé grâce à la réactivité d'Irène. Nous avons pu pleinement profité de la région que nous ne connaissions pas. Si nous devions revenir sur Guidel, nous ne manquerons pas de vérifier la disponibilité de la maison. Bien. tres bon accueil...propriétaire aux petits soins.. belle maison avec de beaux volumes. Mais l'aménagement intérieur est trop ancien et les appareils menagers et la vaisselle mériteraient d'être renouvelés. Pour la facture finale d'électricité, pensez à débrancher les 3 congélateurs du sous sol...

Des vacances agréables...Jusqu'à que ce nous devions payé l'eau et l'électricité alors que ce n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce. De plus toute la vaisselle était et pas très ragoutante....

Malgré un temps maussade, ce furent de bonnes vacances grâce à l'emplacement de la maison idéalement placée entre mer et centre ville. La maison, très bien tenue, était vaste et très agréable, tout tout comme les propriétaires très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement cette location

Such a peaceful break

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in this property. Our host gave us a very warm welcome and was most attentive over the whole booking process. The house provided us with everything we needed. We relaxed in the garden and enjoyed visiting the local beaches and river.

Idéalement situé à proximité de la plage, à égale distance de Quimper et de Vannes. Facile d'accès.

La maison est très agréable et très confortable. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et arrangeants.

La maison est grande, sympathique et conviviale, à l'image des propriétaires. 2 grandes salles de bain très fonctionnelles, 4 belles chambres. L'environnement est calme. Les environs sont magnifiques ; sans parler de l'ambiance du Festival Interceltique de Lorient.

maison familiale très bien équipée

Bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et nous offrir à l'arrivée un gâteau breton maison. Bien située, à proximité de Guidel-plages et à 10 mn de la voie rapide Lorient-Quimper. Maison sur deux étages avec un grand terrain avec arbres et clôturé où les enfants peuvent jouer en toute tranquillité, au calme. Maison propre et très bien entretenue. Décoration faite de souvenirs de voyages bien choisis. Elle dispose d'un sous-sol où on peut garer aisément 2 voitures. Vaste séjour lumineux avec 1 télé monumentale. Cuisine très bien équipée (appareils de cuisson, ustensiles de cuisines, couverts etc) Tout ce que l'on chez nous... Le coût le l'eau et de l'électricité (non compris dans le prix de la location) est très raisonnable: 30€ pour la semaine. Un séjour que l'on ne regrettera pas. En deux mots: très bon rapport qualité/prix
