Small quiet spa hotel

Small quiet hotel on outskirts of town - short stroll to shops/restaurants. No swimming pool but large spa bath and facilities in basement. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Bed was two twins pushed together. Lump down the middle from attachment. Didn’t sleep well at all. Hotel did not inform us construction going on next door. Wool up to saws and jack hammers. Very disappointed considering price we paid. Felt cheated.

Everything in one place and great value

A brief visit to La Baule, great to be able to hire bicycles from reception as we had no car. The spa was a real bonus and the whole stay exceptionally good value

Nice Spa hotel, not too far away from beach.

When we got in late at night, the receptionist greeted us in typical French fashion (pleasant and happy to see us) and was excited to practice his English. The place looks pretty new and in very clean. The location is a good walk from the beach and the dining area, but that is the point of a Spa hotel as it was quite.

Le chauffage de la chambre n'est pas au top soit on a froid soit on a chaud en raison d'u convecteur électrique trop proche du lit. Il n'y pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. ce qui est surement acceptable certains mois mais qui en janvier est assez désagréable. Je suis resté deux nuits et je pesai spas pourquoi ma chambre n'a pas été faite ??? ce n'est pas super grave mais pour le prix normalement il n'y a aucune raison !! et enfin en arrivant je paie la taxe de séjour au moment du départ personne à l'accueil donc je laisse ma clé sur le comptoir et 5 mn plus tard on me téléphone en me disant que je suis partie sans payer le taxe de séjour. comme si je partais comme une voleuse !!!! ce n'est pas tres agréable ! d'autant que j'ai payé en liquide en laissant l'arrondi à la personne de l'accueil !!! voilà pas terrible du tout au final !!

HĂŽtel un peu Ă  l'Ă©cart de l'animation de l'hyper centre mais du coup trĂšs calme; pour autant il est Ă  10mn Ă  pied de la gare et de l'office du tourisme et il est desservi par le bus du rĂ©seau Lila et constitue une excellente base pour dĂ©couvrir la presqu'Ăźle. Personnel trĂšs aimable et disponible. La terrasse de la chambre n'a pas pu ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e en raison du froid mais trĂšs bien exposĂ©e, doit ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able aux beaux jours.

Je commente quand c’est bien et quand c’est moins bien et lĂ  je suis déçue. C’est la 2eme fois que je viens (2024 et 2025) je m’étais dĂ©jĂ  fais la rĂ©flexion la premiĂšre fois mais j’étais passĂ© outre. Je trouve que l’hĂŽtel manque d’entretien gĂ©nĂ©ral, que ce soit la structure, les Ă©quipements comme l’hygiĂšne
 c’est bien dommage car il a du potentiel il est bien situĂ©, spacieux et le personnel adorable. Il serait temps de changer les Ă©quipements du spa notamment le jacuzzi avec les appuis tĂȘtes qui se dĂ©sintĂšgrent et qui donne un aspect sale (de crasse) et de dĂ©goĂ»t quand on est dedans et pas confortable. Les vitres du sauna remplis de calcaire et le mĂ©nage, sole et mur Ă  dĂ©sirer (et je ne suis pas maniaque je prĂ©cise). Dommage car c’est un hĂŽtel qui pourrait ĂȘtre bien plus cocooning si il Ă©tait entretenu.
