Fantastic boutique hotel

Wonderful boutique hotel. The service was wonderful and accommodating. The pool was excellent and very clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is great. Definitely stay here if you are spending time in Guayaquil.

A great hotel in a safe area, nice looking, relaxing and clean. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. When we got there however they charged us double the price we reserved it for on Expedia. We were too tired to go anywhere else so had to pay it. They blame Expedia for this.

Very disappointed about this place! I reserved a deluxe room for two people and the room have a very small tv, A/C was leaking inside the room, just one bottle of water as a courtesy when your reservation is for two, doesn’t make sense to me and when I told the front desk about the leaking and I was gonna need a extra towel, this person do anything to help, the price is not worth it for the experience unfortunately
