dirty, noisy and poor accesability

The Hotel its located in the middle of an street market. The parking its very difficult to access. As far as the cleanliness. The room needs to get broomed specially in the corners. Lots of dirt. The TV cable doesn´t work, and the hotel is placed on a street that its just too loud.
