I lost an entire morning in a sales presentation for elite vacation packages. We were invited under the promise of a ‘gift for our children,’ but it ended up being a sales pitch. This felt dishonest and negatively impacted our vacation experience. Also, we were offered an à la carte dinner. We arrived late to the dinner, which I understand was our responsibility. However, no effort was made to help us or offer an alternative option or another reservation. That situation made me feel very frustrated. Overall, the service was just okay.

Room was clean, staff was outstanding, especially Edward at doorman/bellman and Carolina, the banquet/wedding coordinator who did an outstanding job, not only with the wedding we attended, but with putting together the private dinner on the night prior to the wedding. The wait and bar staff were outstanding and attentive. The food and drink were better than I expected.

How about everything was disappointing ? The place was overcrowded, the weren't enough employees. Waiting lines for everything, bar, check in, reservation for restaurants, snacks.... the only good thing about this hotel was the coffe bar. The bar had cheap alcohol, the piña coladas werent coladas... like I've never seen a hotel be so cheap, they charge you for smoothies, and international beers.... honestly I would not recommend it. If you are looking to visit a hotel all inclusive, and you aren't able to get to Punta Cana. I would suggest you visit Costa Coral in Juan Dolio, much nicer , better quality food and drinks, more activities.

Great family resort with enterntainment and on the beach. Very attentitive staff, clean and restaurants. Beautiful cultural experience. I felt safe and at home. Went to a well organized excursion to Saona Island with food and open bar. Unforgettable experience!! Different experience, 17 years ago. Now I can say Dominican Republic made it up with me. GRACIAS! Can't wait to go back! :)

The property was okay overall. We had the swim up pool room and it looks way better in pictures. The pool was extremely cold and dirty. Zero maintenance we barely had hot water to shower. The jacuzzi was cold with bubbles. Honestly the best thing there is the coffee shop and the staff who are so nice. But everything else is average and would not recommend. Too many locals which takes away from the quality. Not what I expected for an all inclusive.
