Beautiful place, it has two pools and one of it has an amazing view of La piedra del Peñol and the reservoir. The staff was so kind. Breakfast is buffet and food was delicious. The hotel is close to the town and piedra del Peñol. Recomendado 100%

We booked the Panoramic Room, & honestly, it was a pretty good experience. Besides the fact that it’s basically an open-air room & lets all the bugs in because of all the cracks in the walls, we got a pretty good sleep & did not get bit by mosquitos at all even though there were many around. This had us worried at first & they need to fix that. I do not understand why they can’t just seal the place up in the cracks between the glass, or at least have a mosquito net around the bed, but other than this issue, the whole experience was great & the room had a great view, was beautiful, spacious, the jacuzzi was great, & we had no other problems. The staff can be a little more friendly & welcoming but this hotel was good & I would stay here again. Maybe just not the outdoor panoramic room, a different one.

I was over charged upon arrival over 700.000 Colombian pesos, the bed room was dirty not to the standard of a premium room like it was supposed to be. For the money we paid we could have stayed in a modest and cleaner hotel in Guatape. The staff was very nice and helpful and agreed with what I expressed but were hands tight. Food at the restaurant was also good.

Only used it for one night, but overall food and staff was good. Heated pool closed to early in my view. In addition, when I tried to utilize the bar on the top was too full. Night club was empty.
