It was good. we got a bubble we didn’t like and they changed it in minutes. The rain in the night was chefs kiss - had a great sleep. Food was great too. I would go back.

The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay. Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic.

This is a very unique property for glamping in Guatape. The Bubble was clean and inviting, the jungle setting beautiful and serene. Perfect if you’re looking for peace, to be in nature and to reset from regular life. They offer a small menu and will deliver food to your bubble or you can cook the food. Amazing experience.

Rented 3 the first one had fallen down very dangerous couldn’t even go inside the employee had to start throwing the wood fence down the mountain place is very unsafe and dangerous the walk down is horrible and the other bubble they had filled it with clorox damanged my brand new swimming shorts and wifes bathing suit. Definitely will not to back

I think, Toilet facility they can improve little better with more privacy. Food were very limited. There are a lots of room for improvement such as more options were desirable. Also, lack of English translation was very challenging such as ordering food and talking reception.
