great location near beach and restaurants. the immediate vicinity is a bit of a mess (weedy parking lot on one side) and my room was a little gloomy - on the ground floor but facing the main 3 (I think)-storey building. hotel staff, pool, breakfast, comfort all faultless.

I FOUBD THIS HOTEL TO BE PERFECT. I HAD TO MOVE AFTER 5 DAYS BUT DIDNT WANT TO. IT IS 100 KM FROM SAO PAULO MIND I MADE THE MISTAKE OF THINKING IT WAS ALOT CLOSER!

Great value and no surprises

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend with friends. We were looking for something comfortable with good access to the beach and a central location. The staff was able to speak English which in our case wasn't necessary as we were with Brazilians but it was nice. Breakfast was well done with lots of seating. The hotel is compact but since we spent our days on the beach it didn't matter. Our friends were able to park in front of the hotel without any problems and we could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. We booked this hotel in part to many good reviews online and I would certainly recommend this hotel if you happen to be in Guaruja.

Hotel muito bom com atendimento excelente

Espaço geral bem agradável, piscinas climatizadas ou não, para ambos os gostos. Espaço geral para crianças bem acolhedo. Refeições boas, não sei se era por ser alta empolada, mas os custos são altos. porém você pode pedir comida fora. Quarto muito bonito, padrão, ar condicionado e todo suporte de quarto (sabonetes. shampoos, toalhas repostos todos os dias) E fica um agradecimento aos funcionários da cozinha que toda vez que precisava de algo. até fora do horário, eram muito solícitos.

Atendimento ótimo!

Tudo ótimo, localização (mais perto da praia do que aparenta no mapa), cadeiras/guarda-sol na praia, quiosque de apoio, bar e restaurante do hotel, qualidade do Wi-Fi e principalmente atendimento da equipe do hotel. Únicos pontos mas que não me impedirão de voltar, cama faz um pouco de barulho e café da manhã não tão variado! Já pretendo voltar em breve e ficar mais dias para aproveitar melhor!
