Recomendo!

Primeiramente o atendimento foi ótimo por parte do Marcos, muito educado, compreensivo e atencioso! Eu e minha família estivemos no apartamento de 28/04 à 01/05, o apartamento é como na foto, confortável, limpinho e grande. Apenas um ponto negativo, não tem WI-FI no apartamento, só faltou isso na minha opinião! Tirando isso foi maravilhoso, de frente para a praia perto de tudo! Eu voltaria com certeza!

Excelente apto e localização

Prédio localizado na Praia de Asturias - Guaruja bem em frente a praia. O apto fica no 2. andar na lateral do prédio. Apto totalmente clean e amplo. Possui 2 banheiros (uma suite e outro social) com chuveiro quente e forte. São três quartos no total, sendo que a suite possui uma varanda. As camas de todos os quartos são excelentes. Cozinha tipo americana totalmente equipada e com microondas. Geladeira grande e fogão novos. Recomendo totalmente o apto por possuir todo o conforto para a estadia... foi tudo muito bom.. nota 10!

Eu e minha família estivemos no apartamento do Marcos na semana do Natal. Foi tudo perfeito desde o apartamento que é super confortável, limpinho e bem equipado. O ar condicionado dos quartos foi perfeito para uma noite de sono tranquila. A localização do prédio pertinho de tudo: farmácia; padaria; feirinha de artesanato , restaurante e principalmente em frente a praia. Para finalizar não posso deixar de elogiar o Marcos uma pessoa muitíssimo atenciosa, simpática e honesta. Não nos deixou faltar nada. O pessoal do condomínio também muito simpático e atencioso. Super recomendamos o apartamento. Pretendemos voltar assim que pudermos. Muito Obrigada Marcos !

Muito bom!

Estivemos no apartamento no final de semana do dia 26/11. Passamos 4 dias excelentes. O Marcos foi uma pessoa super compreensiva e atenciosa. O apartamento é ótimo, bem completo e tudo funcionando. Prédio de frente para praia próximo de padaria, sorveteria e da feirinha. Obrigado e até a próxima.

Muito bom, recomento a todos!!

Excelente apartamento beira mar, muito organizado e com tudo que precisa para uma boa estadia, não precisa se preocupar com nada. Uma vista muito bonita para o mar. Tem uma padaria a 1 quadra e diversos restaurante para almoçar e jantar que da para ir a pé, não precisa pegar o carro para nada. Proprietários muitos atenciosos e toda equipe do prédio também.
