El lugar es bonito, con una estética agradable y un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, las condiciones de confort dejaron mucho que desear. A pesar del calor, ninguna ventana se podía abrir, lo que hacía que la ventilación fuera insuficiente. Además, el ventilador disponible solo arrojaba aire caliente, lo que dificultaba descansar. Las camas resultaron ser bastante duras y las almohadas incómodas, lo que hizo que dormir fuera complicado. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos y brindaron un trato excepcional.

Más o menos. El piso de la habitación estaba sucio había mal olor. No hubo agua caliente y a la salida se les comentó. Sus políticas te las hacen firmar a la entrada comprometiéndote a pagar alguna cosa pero ellos solo se disculpan sin retribuir por las cosas que te incomodan

Sencilla, simple, pocos espacios para estar fuera de la habitación, cumple con su función que es llegar a dormir, pero de ninguna manera es un hotel de lujo como aparece ena descripción. Las camas no son cómodas, casi no sale agua caliente, amenidades mínimas, ni las básicas, tuve que ir a pedir la tercera toalla por qué no estaba lista en la habitación, así como la toalla de manos, no hay secadora así que si te gusta secar tu cabello lleva una. Eso sí el personal es amable, me prestaron un paraguas cuando lo pedí, te asisten para algunos tours. El restaurante es caro, sin embargo está muy rica la comida y vasta y solo está abierto hasta las 14:00 horas
