Non aveva la camera!

Non posso dire nulla in quanto appena arrivato non aveva la camera sostenendo che non aveva nessuna prenotazione, quando invece sul sito la dava disponibile ed avevo anche pagato. Secondo me qualcuno ha "comprato" tutte le camere per cui non aveva considerato la mia visto che aveva un prezzo conveniente. Per fortuna hotel.com ha risolto trovandomi una sistemazione migliore. Tra l'altro mi ha anche "preso in giro" dicendo "se vuole può dormire con me". L'ho trovato di pessimo gusto, non da un albergatore che dovrebbe dimostrare serietà e professionalità in primis.
