Charming farmhouse on Lake Chiemsee

The house is located in Lienzing / Gstadt. Lienzing is a small place with only a few farms and yet centrally located. In just 10 minutes you can walk to the Chiemsee / bathing area. The Steinplatte ski area can be reached in 40 minutes, and they are also quick for hiking in the mountains. A cycle route allows you to relax around the Chiemsee. Enjoy short walks in the Lienzinger Moos, directly behind the house or go shopping in beautiful Salzburg. The central location enables you to reach all major places quickly by car. A supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The house has 5 rooms on approx. 110m²: 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with adjoining farmhouse parlor, bathroom with small tub and guest toilet. For your convenience you will find satellite TV, radio, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hair dryer etc. Bed linen is included, towels are to be brought along. A sunny terrace and a small garden invite you to relax. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome and can start their gas laps right at the house.

We had a lovely week in Gollenhausen. The property is nicely decorated and well equipped which was perfect for our family. The lake is a short walk and there are local amenities all within walking distance and Gstadt it’s self is a 10 Minute Drive so boats and additional amenities can be accessed easily. It is situated next to a cow shed so we chose not to use the garden too often to sit out however it is perfect as a comfortable base for walking, cycling, swimming in the lake and running. We had a great week and the owner made everything very easy for us. thank you.

Wir hatten einen sehr, schönen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe der Chiemsee, der Bäcker, Eier, Gastro und Natur. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir benötigen. Eine super eingerichtete Küche, Spiele…. Beim zweiten Schlafzimmer wären Mückengage toll aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau.

Sehr schönes, uriges Haus. Schöne Terasse und Garten.Eine super ausgestattete Küche, wo es an nichts ( ausser Waschmachine) fehlte. Wir haben uns (3 Rennradfahrer) sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges echtes Manko ist das instabile Internet, das teilweise den Spass am Fernsehen nahm.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war zeitnah perfekt.

charmantes Bauernhaus

Ein charmantes Bauernhaus aus früheren Zeiten mit allem was man so braucht und einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. PreisLeistungsverhältnis stimmt. Für uns wurde sogar extra noch eine Kinderbettmatratze gekauft. Ein kleiner Spaziergang und man ist am schönen Chiemsee.

Gemütlichkeit

Wir waren an den Chiemsee gereist, weil wir die Natur, die Seen und die Freizeitmöglichkeiten auskosten wollten. Bei Claudia haben wir den idealen Ausgangspunkt gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Da wir gerade während einer Mückenplage am Chiemsee waren, konnten wir leider den kleinen zauberhaften Garten nicht geniessen. Da es aber in den Innenräumen überall eine gemütliche Ecke zum Verweilen gab, war das kein Problem. Wir können Claudia's Häuschen sehr gerne jeder romantischen Seele weiter empfehlen.

Alles bestens, das Bauernhaus ist urig und sehr gemütlich, mit viel Liebe vom Eigentümer eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, Objekt ist wirklich zu empfehlen, gute Ausgangsposition zum See und für herrliche Radtouren.

Stimmungsvoller Urlaub am Chiemsee

Wir haben eine Woche schönsten Bayernurlaub in direkter Chiemsee Nähe, in einem alten,charmant individuell gepflegten Bauernwohnhaus mit Umgebung anderer Bauernhöfe und eigenem Garten, sehr genossen. Man findet hier alles was man brauchen könnte.

Schönes Haus, schlechte Lage

Der Garten des Hauses ist ungepflegt. Die Hauseinrichtung ok und sauber. Leider ist der Misthaufen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man sich an den Geruch und die Stechmücken gewöhnen muss. Mit der Vermietung hatten wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt, aber war auch nicht notwendig.

Alres Bauernhaus am Chiemsee in lienzing

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Chiemsee. Von hier aus ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und konnten so überall bis vorne an den See fahren. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Eine sehr gut ausgestatte Küche und ein mehrere Zimmer, wo wir zu viert auch immer mal einen ruhigen Ort hatten. Frische Eier gab es jeden morgen vom Nachbarbauern und ein Bäcker ist mit dem Rad 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Claudia, die sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

uriges bayrisches Häuschen in Landidylle

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub (auch bei Regen) benötigt. Zum Chiemsee sind es max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum lokalen Bäcker 5 Minuten.

Haus in ruhiger Lage. (Angrenzender Kuhstall und Zimmerei können aber durchaus als früh gestellter Wecker fungieren, darüber sollte man sich vorher klar sein) Für die sehr kurze Entfernung zum See einfach super gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ansonsten ist alles da im Haus was man braucht. Essstube ist größer als erwartet. Durch das Gäste WC hat man auch eine 2te Toilette, man hat dort jedoch sehr wenig Platz. Kummunikation mit der Gastgeberin per Mail sehr fix.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Häuschen ist echt "huschelig" und "heimelich". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. ☺️ Bei der Wärme draußen war war es im Haus sehr angenehm. Viele Ziele sind in nähere Umgebung um Ausflüge zu machen. Zum See/Badestrand braucht man ca. nur 10 min (Fußweg). Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und ihrem Häuschen, uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen.

Sehr gute Erholung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir haben uns in dem traditionellen, sehr schönen Häuschen äußerst wohl gefühlt und uns super erholt. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man so braucht und einen natürlich angelegten Garten. Genau unser Geschmack! Die Umgebung ist idyllisch und ländlich. Man kommt super schnell überall hin. Vor allem in Gstadt kann man abends schön essen gehen, aber auch direkt in Gollenshausen. Gleich am 1. Abend kamen wir in den Genuss der Musik eines einsamen Alphornbläsers im Lienzinger Moos am Grundlosen See, am letzten Abend konnten wir für kurze Zeit einem Nachbar mit der Tuba lauschen. Überhaupt waren alle Nachbarn super nett. Im ganzen Chiemgau waren die Menschen freundlich und man fühlte sich willkommen. Sehr gerne kommen wir mal wieder! Vielen Dank der Familie Bartenschlager für diesen schönen Urlaub!!!

Eine wunderschöne Woche, leider viel zu schnell vorbei

Ein richtig uriges Bauernhaus eben auf dem Land, wie es früher ein Mal war, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Darum können wir persönlich so manche Bewertung hier nicht nachvollziehen ! In dem Haus ist wirklich alles von A bis Z vorhanden. Es war auch alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder. Danke

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in Lienzing genossen, würde das Domizil aber nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Objekt macht einen "introvertierten" Eindruck. Die Nachbarschaft ist in sehr unmittelbarer Nähe und die Innenräume wirken eng und düster.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Super sauber und super ausgestattet gibt es sowohl in der Küche als auch im Rest des Hauses nichts, was nicht vorhanden wäre. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und idyllisch, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert.
