Our house is only 50 mtr. away from the lagoon and the promenade, but still offers a quiet terrace and lots of privacy. In a few minutes you can reach countless restaurants and cafes as well as the large marina with its boutiques. There is always a hustle and bustle here. The picturesque old Gruissan, a medieval fishing and wine-growing village, surrounds the old Tour de Barborousse.

Gruissan is a seaside resort with extensive fine sandy beaches. The beaches on the sea and on the lagoon are wide and gently sloping into the water.

The Clos de Pins residence is located on the Mateille lagoon. Bakers, shops, winegrowers, the pirate park and the swimming pool are within walking distance.

The house is in a closed residence with 43 houses.

It consists of a living-dining room with kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The extension of the separate living room is planned for spring so that we can offer a separate living room from the beginning of March. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher, egg cooker, cutlery, glasses and porcelain for 12 people. In the living room there is a flat screen TV, couch, coffee table, extendable dining table, upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. The master bedroom has a bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. From this room you can reach the small balcony. The second bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed (also with split mattresses). The third bedroom has a bunk bed each 90 x 200 cm which is also suitable for adults. The beds are equipped with good cold foam mattresses.

On the upper floor there is also the bathroom with an 80 x 80 cm shower, sink with granite surround and cupboard and a toilet. The house has electric heating. In front of the house is an approx. 40 m² dreamlike tiled terrace, surrounded by a provencal wall. The terrace is planted with Mediterranean plants. It is equipped with a sofa, 6 chairs and a table. An electric awning and loungers are also available.

Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the house.

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Wunderbares, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wasser und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt an Nichts. Auch am Meer ist man ganz schnell. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einer beeindruckenden Umgebung.

Perfekter Urlaub im perfekten Haus

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, in jedem Zimmer. Viel Platz, viel Stauraum. Bestens ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gut bei vier Bewohnern ist die zweite Toilette. Auf der Terrasse haben wir viele Abende genossen. Sehr schön die Nähe zum Etang und zur Promenade, das offene Meer ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und der Strand dort wunderschön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, ein Bummel abends in die belebtere Hafengegend ideal. Also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Mehr als 5 Sterne kann man leider nicht vergeben, sonst würde ich es von Herzen tun :-)!

Das Haus ist einfach perfekt für eine Familie wie unsere (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 4 bis 11 Jahre alt). Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist dabei. Die Terrasse ist groß und sehr schön und die Lage ist für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern echt ein Traum: Das Haus liegt wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und man erreicht ihn direkt ohne eine Straße mit Autos überqueren zu müssen. Eine kleine Bemerkung: In der Ausstattungsbeschreibung in der Anzeige ist angegeben, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher inbegriffen sind, es ist aber nicht automatisch der Fall. Sie können aber gemietet werden. Wir haben uns also dort sehr wohl gefühlt, fanden alles sehr gut organisiert und können nur das Haus empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank :-) La maison est parfaite pour une famille comme la notre (deux adultes et trois enfants entre 4 et 11 ans). Elle est très bien décorée et est très bien équipée. La terrasse est grande et très belle, et la situation géographique de la maison est pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge un rêve: la plage est située à seulement quelques mètres et on y accède sans devoir traverser une route avec des voitures. Une petite remarque par contre: dans l'annonce, dans la partie équipements, les draps de lits et serviettes de bain sont indiquée comme compris dans la location, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Par contre, il est possible de les louer. Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour et nous avons trouvé que tout était très bien organisé! Un très grand merci :-)

Emplacement idéal et aménagement confortable

Tout est prévu pour le confort de la vie en famille, et la proximité de la plage est idéale pour les enfants en bas âge. Barbecue, transats, vélos, bouteille de vin pour l’arrivée... plein de petites attentions qui font se sentir immédiatement en vacances. Un gros bémol : sur le site internet, nous avions compris que draps et serviettes de toilette étaient fournis, ce qui n’est pas automatiquement le cas. Il a fallu s’adapter dans l’urgence de l’arrivée. Une amélioration possible : pas de vent pendant une semaine très chaude... un peu de clim la nuit dans les chambres serait peut-être un plus

Location conforme à la description, même si la TV ne capte aucune chaîne française. 2 vélos : très bien car tout dans les environs est adapté à la circulation à vélo : plage des chalets, centre-ville, les ballades au bord de mer, la boulangerie à 2 minutes. Nous n'étions que 3. Mais à 6 personnes, si le temps n'est pas au sec, l'espace doit sembler petit.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht !!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene, haben im Juni 2017 herrliche 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Schon der Kontakt mit Vermieter war sehr nett und es gab viele Informationen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und bei techn. Problem sofort hilfsbereit und aktiv. Die Anlage in der das Haus steht ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Auch hat man sich dort sehr sicher gefühlt. Parkplatz wurde über Nacht mit Rolltor gesichert, allerdings war für Fußgänger keine abschliessbare Tür vorhanden und somit für jeden frei zugänglich. Der Bäcker und kleine Geschäfte waren zu Fuß erreichbar und auch Supermarkt (Lidl, Intermarche) in wenigen Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Restaurants, Hafen und Altstadt sind ebenfalls zu Fuß nach kleinem Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Der kleine Strand und Strandpromenade liegt direkt vor der Tür, das offene Meer mit herrlichem Sandstrand ist mit Fahrrad oder Auto schnell erreichbar. Für die Größe des Hauses war alles sehr gut ausgenützt, so daß nichts fehlte. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, was auch ein großer Vorteil war. So konnten wir die Tage im Freien verbringen und die Terasse (bis auf windige Tage) für die Mahlzeiten und zum Relaxen nutzen. Einzig der Geräuschpegel durch laute Musik in der Nacht am Wochendene etwas störend. Ebenfalls hört man - je nach Windrichtung - die Geräusche und Musik von dem einigen hundert Metern entfernten Freizeitpark. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner, gelungener Urlaub, absolut empfehlenswert. Noch zu erwähnen, die schöne Altstadt von Gruissan mit Burg, vielen kleinen Geschäften und den großen Markt. Auch im Juni sind schon viele Restaurants geöffnet - aber insgesamt alles noch nicht überlaufen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort.

Urlaubs-Glück mal 3 :-)

Wir waren das dritte Mal da - und sind immer wieder begeistert! Dieses hübsche, sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus fühlt sich inzwischen wie ein zweites Zuhause an und bietet für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern alles, was wir uns im Urlaub nur wünschen: Eine traumhafte (auch abschließbare)Terrasse zum Lesen, Kartenspielen, Grillen mit gemütlicher Sonnenliege für Mama :-) Den langen, weißen - auch wunderbar babytauglichen - Sandstrand direkt "ums Eck" - inklusive wunderbarem Spazierweg bzw. Rollerstrecke bis zum schnuckeligen Yachthafen mit vielen Eisdielen, Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Krebse und Fische beobachten, Muscheln suchen, Natur genießen: Mit dem Auto ist man in Nullkommanichts an verschiedenen Stränden und Badebuchten, im Naturschutzgebiet mit einer beeindruckenden Vielfalt an Wildvögeln oder bei den herrlich gelegenen Weingütern und Chateaus des La Clape und in historischen Städten wie Narbonne. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!

Endlich Sommer

Wir waren Anfang Juni in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Schon morgens hatten wir 22 Grad. Toll war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse bei ausgefahrener Markise. Traumhaft war auch die schöne mediterrane Bepflanzung. Für uns als Blumenfreunde jeden Tag eine Freude! Auch die liebevolle Einrichtung im Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wandbilder aus der Umgebung haben zu Erkundungsfahrten mit dem Fahrrad animiert. Es gab schöne Restaurants zu entdecken. Besonders gut hat uns das "Au Fil De L'o" in Alt-Gruissan gefallen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Nähe zur Lagune (echt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt) die zum täglichen Schwimmen einlud Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schön eingrichtetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Wunderschönes und mit Liebe eigerichtetes Ferienhaus. Große Terasse mit gemütlichen Möbeln und Grillplatz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Werden wieder hinfahren.

Eine sehr erholsame Woche in einem sehr schönen Haus

Wir konnten in einem frisch renovierten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten, äußerst sauberem und für uns (vier Personen) geräumigem Haus eine wunderschöne Woche verbringen. Da das Wetter auch noch mit gespielt hat - rundum sehr positives Resümee und ganz klar weiter zu empfehlen.
