Spacious 5-bedroom, 8-bed house in welcoming Grovetown, w/ Rogue fitness room

This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape. The home sleeps 15 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 1 bedroom with a full over full and twin over full. 8 beds total!
Guests will have plenty of space to relax. The living room has an oversized sectional which seats 12 and the library has a couch which seats 3. Both have LG OLED TVs with full streaming services with WiFi throughout the home.
The dining area seats 10 at our river table and 4 at the island. Our beverage fridge comes stocked with bottled water and sodas as well as snack baskets and coffee bar for guests.
The property features 3 full bathrooms with amenities provided. The master bathroom has separate large tub and shower.
Our fitness room is CrossFit outfitted with a 14’ Rogue rig w/ dual bench/squat racks, Rogue barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, plyoboxes, a GHD machine, Rogue Echo bike and Concept 2 rower.
The back porch has a sectional which seats 6 and includes a fire pit and Recteq pellet grill.
Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
