We had to request a room change because upon arriving at the room assigned at check-in, we found that the bedding was completely dirty, with blood stains and food residue. The entire room appeared unclean and not properly prepared.

I booked the hotel at the last minute, and I was very happy with my selection. Staff was professional, friendly, and polite. The breakfast was better than expected; great options! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was queen sized and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a good hot shower. We / I would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.
