Sorely in need of repair and updating
I hate to write a poor review of anything, but feel it's important to point out inaccuracies in this property listing, which says that everything is "new." The 2 decks are on their last legs, with nailheads sticking up and doors that are sagging on their hinges. The carpet and floor in the guest bath are stained, the dining table is so rickety that it shakes when you cut food, curtains are falling off Command hooks in the master bedroom, the faucet in the sink is broken, and the lighting is so poor that it is almost impossible to read. The one photo of the living area showing a nice well, lit area is really deceptive. The home was pretty clean, thank goodness, but the owners belongings were in the closets and drawers, which made it seem like they never rented the place. Finally, there were no instructions about the house or the area, which would have been helpful as first-time visitors. Sadly, I cannot recommend this home as a rental.
